What You’ll Do:

  • Manage all phases of the direct-hire recruitment process, from client acquisition to candidate placement, ensuring the ideal match between the employee and organization.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with potential clients.
  • Develop and execute innovative business development strategies to expand market reach and establish JWilliams Staffing as the premier recruitment partner.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, representing JWilliams Staffing at networking events, trade shows, and conferences to boost visibility and strengthen client relationships.
  • Leverage your entrepreneurial spirit to proactively explore untapped markets and create opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns and materials that support business development efforts and enhance client engagement.
  • Develop and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Strategically develop and place job advertisements, working with marketing to ensure high visibility across the right channels.
  • Access extensive networks to source both active and passive candidates, including those currently employed.
  • Conduct thorough resume analyses, candidate screenings, and professional interviews to identify the best talent.
  • Provide personalized insight and recommendations to clients about top candidates, highlighting their strengths and fit for the position.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Handle other responsibilities as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4-5 years of experience in recruitment or a related field with a proven ability to manage the end-to-end hiring process.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in relationship management with a strong focus on client satisfaction and retention.
  • Superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-discipline, initiative, and the ability to work proactively with minimal supervision.
  • Strong negotiation skills and excellent interpersonal communication.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Deep knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices in recruitment.
