Star Children’s Dress Company is dedicated to producing fashionable yet affordable dresses for girls. With our head office in New York City and a distribution center in Virginia, we pride ourselves on creativity, quality, and accessibility. We’re looking for a motivated Junior Account Executive to join our growing sales team and help us strengthen client relationships while driving new business opportunities. All employees are in office 5 days a week collaborating with the teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing existing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships
• Support the Senior Account Executives with day-to-day client communications, follow-ups, and presentations
• Help prepare proposals, quotes, and order details for buyers and retail partners
• Research and identify potential leads, supporting outreach efforts to grow the company’s client base
• Track sales performance, maintain CRM data, and contribute to weekly sales reports
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to align customer needs with product offerings
• Attend trade shows, client meetings, and company events as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or related field (fashion/apparel industry experience a plus)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment
