Title: Wellness Coordinator (Clinical & Patient Care Support)

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and clinically skilled Wellness Coordinator to manage patient care across our wellness programs. This role combines  care coordination, patient follow-up, and hands-on support for clinical services. The ideal candidate is a  licensed paramedic with strong administrative skills and a passion for patient success.

Responsibilities:

• Track and manage labs, physicals, and prescription renewals for wellness patients.
• Coordinate patient follow-ups, check-ins, and satisfaction calls.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and wellness dashboards.
• Assist providers with blood draws, IV starts, injections, and lab collection.
• Support patient education and program adherence.
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure smooth operation of HRT, peptide, and weight loss programs.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Paramedic in Texas (preferred) or Certified Medical Assistant with phlebotomy/IV experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in wellness, hormone therapy, or primary care a plus.
• Comfort with EMR systems and patient tracking.
