Job Summary We are seeking a motivated, organized, and dependable EXPERIENCED Title Clerk to join the team at Reliable Chevrolet Springfield. This full-time, individual contributor role is an excellent step up in the auto industry. The successful candidate will ensure vehicles are accurately titled and registered. Responsibilities

• Process paperwork for the titling and registration of new and used vehicles.
• Ensure that all transactions are completed accurately, including the correct calculation of fees and taxes.
• Prepare and resolve title discrepancies, including the processing of transfers and lien releases.
• Assist in completing paperwork for various transactions to maintain compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.
• Verify the accuracy of vehicle information and documentation in customer files.
• Assist customers with inquiries and requests.

Requirements

• Experience with Titles, preferably automotive
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of state and federal title and registration laws.
• Understanding of general accounting principles and procedures.
• Excellent computer and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
